Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python-based applications and tools related to Generative AI
Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning and AI models into production environments
Optimize and enhance existing AI models for performance and accuracy
Participate in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI and related technologies
Support deployment and integration of AI solutions within the company's infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of software development experience with Python
Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL·E, similar frameworks)
Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
Experience with NLP and other AI-related tasks
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of API development and integration
Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
Prior experience in a hybrid work model
