They are currently seeking a qualified Solutions Architect to serve as the technical and strategic lead for Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year ERP/HCM architecture and release roadmap aligned to business objectives and SOX/TSA compliance

Design secure, performant integrations between Oracle ERP/HCM, Azure services, M365 (Power Platform, Teams), and on-prem data sources

Guide fit-gap analysis, data-conversion, testing strategy, and cut-over for major releases and new modules

Establish reference architectures, design standards, and integration patterns for APIs, event hubs, and identity federation

Partner with Finance, HR, and Payroll leadership to translate requirements into solution blueprints and backlog items

Provide technical governance for system integrators and MSPs; review design documents and code

Mentor functional analysts and developers on ERP/HCM best practices and DevSecOps

Excellent communication and stakeholder-alignment skills
