Responsibilities

Build AI agents across Glean and Slack
Take enterprise workflows (IT, HR, MFG, Supply Chain, etc.) and turn them into operational agents using LLMs, RAG, and API integrations
Build Glean agents (conversational flows, task automation, RAG patterns, tool calling)
Build Slack agents using Bolt, workflows, functions, events, and API integrations
Create a reusable agent boilerplate for multi-step reasoning
Integrate with enterprise systems (Workday, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
Understand security, governance, and logging requirements at enterprise scale

Required

Building Glean agents (conversational flows, task automation, RAG patterns, tool calling)
Building Slack agents using Bolt, workflows, functions, events, and API integrations
Strong Python/Node/TS engineering background
Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent)
Ability to create a reusable agent boilerplate for multi-step reasoning
Integrating with enterprise systems (Workday, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
Understanding of security, governance, and logging requirements at enterprise scale
