They are seeking a Financial Systems Project Coordinator Intern to assist with project coordination, track updates, and support documentation efforts within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams
Track project status updates, action items, and risks/issues; follow up to keep momentum
Work in an Agile environment (scrum/sprints, etc.)
Support meeting logistics: agendas, notes, decisions, and next steps
Help maintain project documentation (plans, requirements, SOPs, change logs)
Build and update project dashboards and reporting (Google Sheets, Monday.com, etc.)
Communicate updates to stakeholders in a clear, concise way
Contribute to process improvements and documentation to help teams scale
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with teammates and stakeholders (written + verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides/PowerPoint)
A “figure it out” mindset with curiosity and coach-ability
