Manage personal injury claims through all phases of litigation

Collaborate with internal legal teams to shape and execute litigation strategies

Evaluate liability and damages, and recommend reserves and settlements

Conduct legal research, gather evidence, and prepare for trial

Handle witness prep, site inspections, jury instructions, trial motions, and post-trial filings

Partner with cross-functional teams as needed
