Responsibilities
Own and drive the UI/UX strategy for Minty’s product experience
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs
Develop and maintain Minty’s design system for consistency across the platform
Design intuitive UI components and responsive layouts
Test and iterate on UI elements to optimize usability and performance
Partner closely with engineers to ensure smooth design implementation
Use user feedback and research insights to inform design decisions
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of UI/UX or product design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile work
Proficiency with tools like Figma and Miro
Familiarity with HTML, CSS/SCSS, and platform patterns for iOS and Android
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with tech teams
Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and accessibility best practices
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with ecommerce or consumer-facing digital products
