Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the water (water, wastewater, and stormwater) services across the state of Florida. The primary focus is that of a leader in business development and client management with a strong emphasis on leadership over operations
Drive business development: identify new opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and support proposal development
Manage, supervise, and mentor management and professional staff, including performance management
Ensure high-quality client service and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence
Provide effective leadership, succession planning, and employee development across the team
Oversee contracts, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
Actively participate in professional societies and industry organizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Licensed Florida Professional Engineer (PE)
15+ years of progressive experience in water related project management
10+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
Demonstrated business development expertise with public and private clients
Must possess a solutions-oriented mindset; excel at prioritizing, multitasking, and adapting to changing demands
Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills; solve problems creatively and deliver effective recommendations
Must be willing to lead by example across all aspects of our work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Teams) required
