Lead Clinical Research Associate

Talent Groups is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator supporting multiple onsite clinical trials, including Alzheimer’s studies. This role will lead site operations, ensure patient safety, and oversee end-to-end study coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate clinical trials in compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and SOPs
Ensure patient safety and perform protocol-required procedures (consent, screening, vitals, ECGs, etc.)
Manage subject scheduling, recruitment, enrollment, and retention
Maintain accurate source documentation, CRFs, and EDC entries
Support IRB requirements, audits, and monitor visits
Collaborate with PIs, sponsors, and site teams

Qualification

Active RN licenseClinical research experienceGCPAlzheimer's research experiencePatient-focused skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Active RN license (LVN/LPN considered if applicable)
2+ years clinical research or site-based trial experience
Strong knowledge of GCP, informed consent, and clinical documentation
Excellent communication, organization, and patient-focused skills

Preferred

Alzheimer's or neurology research experience is a plus
