Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan
Grow revenue through new distributor acquisition and end-user share expansion
Lead sales strategy with key distributors and end-user accounts
Set distributor and account goals; allocate resources to achieve objectives
Train distributor sales teams and conduct joint sales visits
Build strong end-user relationships to drive distributor pull-through
Maintain high service levels for existing customers
Prospect and qualify new accounts/distributors to increase market share
Recommend distributor expansion plans aligned with growth targets
Represent the brand and drive sales performance across the territory
Develop, cultivate, and manage sales leads for new and key products
Build and manage a customer target list
Travel throughout the region to engage key accounts and prospects
Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to support brand development
Train end users on product features, applications, and benefits
Contribute to Strategy Deployment and Action Plans to meet objectives
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, Technical, and Product teams
Recommend market- and distributor-specific pricing strategies
Submit monthly management reports tied to strategic goals
Communicate opportunities, plans, and activity updates with leadership
Log all sales activities into HubSpot CRM
Coordinate with technical teams and recommend new/custom product needs
Develop and manage T&E budgets and reports

Required

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent industry experience with a minimum of a high school diploma/GED
Valid driver's license and travel-eligible identification (e.g., passport)
Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% via multiple transportation modes

Strong alignment with organizational goals and commitment to company success

Preferred

CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Knowledge of wide-format printing, sign-making, or related industries
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
