Responsibilities

Facility & Equipment Management. Direct the operation of physical facility functions, including equipment installations, plant layouts, and service functions. oversee outside contractors and ensure the maintenance of all facilities and equipment

Design, plan, and facilitate capital projects. Determine the feasibility of new equipment or facility modifications by analyzing costs, available space, and technical requirements

Provide leadership to the maintenance team by developing, training, and motivating staff. Assign workflows, enforce safety regulations, and assist in resolving complex work problems

Analyze engineering proposals and process requirements. Provide technical data regarding manufacturing techniques, materials, and process limitations to support long-range planning

Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform cost estimating, and test newly installed machinery to ensure it meets contract specifications

Drive continuous improvement, advocating for safety, ergonomics, and automation to help the organization work smarter

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field

Five (5) or more years of relevant maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
