Mindlance is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join their team. This role will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while partnering with hiring managers on complex searches and managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top candidates
Conduct phone screens, referral checks, and candidate evaluations
Partner with high-level managers to design and implement effective recruiting strategies
Manage complex searches with a focus on specialized or hard-to-fill roles
Present qualified candidates to hiring teams in a clear and compelling manner
Leverage ATS systems, Talent Platforms, and Canvas Interview Platform to manage recruitment workflows
Maintain candidate pipelines through active online sourcing and networking
Participate in client conversations to align recruiting needs with business objectives

Required

3+ years sourcing experience, including active online sourcing, phone screens, and referral checks
5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, managing complex searches and high-level client interactions
Proven expertise in ATS platforms, Talent Platforms, and interview technology (Canvas)

Preferred

LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
Background in financial services or technology industries
Experience with Workday and Eightfold Platforms
