Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with clients, becoming their trusted point of contact
Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and proposal reviews
Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting and qualifying to closing deals
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align account strategies
Use sales enablement and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report on progress
Deliver insights and recommendations that support client success and long-term retention

Required

5+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client-facing roles
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
Entrepreneurial mindset—you're proactive, independent, and goal-driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an executive presence
Familiarity with sales technology stacks, AI tools, and CRM systems
Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule effectively

Preferred

Experience in AV/IT integration is a plus
Candidates from healthcare, financial services, or hospitality industries are also welcome
Experience with automation and control systems (AV-related)
Basic knowledge of secure hardwired/wireless networks
Familiarity with video conferencing, IP surveillance, and acoustic treatments
Knowledge of digital phone systems and proposal tools like D-Tools
