Support a high-impact practice focused on housing issues in California

Draft and argue dispositive motions

Work with laws such as the Housing Accountability Act, affordable housing regulations, housing elements, builder’s remedy and land use litigation

Required

A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably involving writs of mandate, municipal/public entity litigation, and/or land use law

Familiarity or a strong desire to learn and work with laws such as the Housing Accountability Act, affordable housing regulations, housing elements, builder's remedy and land use litigation

Excellent analytical and writing skills

Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions

Strong academic credentials and the ability to take initiative and work independently within a collaborative team
