New Grad, Entry LevelSHIK Consulting Group partners with consumer brands across the DMV to help them expand their reach through in-person customer engagement. We’re looking for a Client Support Associate to join our on-site team and support our clients’ customer interaction goals at events, retail locations, and community activations.
Responsibilities
Support client campaigns by representing brands at events and partner retail locations
Start conversations, answer basic questions, and help customers understand products and services
Guide customers through the process of choosing the right product or service based on their needs
Assist with event set-up, product displays, and maintaining a clean presentation area
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team
Keep simple activity notes to help track campaign performance
Collaborate with teammates to ensure each event runs smoothly
