Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Source and hire across all teams with primary focus on engineering talent, helping to drive our product development and support our global business expansion
Exceptional Candidate Experience: Create robust talent pipelines while ensuring each candidate feels valued and receives personalized attention throughout the recruitment process
Business Partnership & HR Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of our organization and serve as a trusted resource for hiring managers on HR-related questions including benefits, compensation, and policies
Brand Ambassador & Community Engagement: Represent our company culture and values at networking events, virtual meetups, and industry gatherings to attract top talent
Strategic Program Development: Continuously improve existing recruitment programs and develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to build our future workforce
Cross-Functional Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships across multiple teams and departments to understand evolving hiring needs
Industry Expertise & Market Intelligence: Demonstrate passion for the tech industry through intimate knowledge of market trends, target companies, and relationships within open-source communities
Pipeline Development Excellence: Build comprehensive talent pipelines from the ground up repeatedly, with relentless focus on finding the perfect candidate fit regardless of search complexity

Required

Minimum 5 years of technical recruiting experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on technical sourcing experience
Combined experience in both in-house and agency recruiting environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong technical acumen and current knowledge of industry trends
Proven ability to recruit for engineering and technical roles across various specializations
