Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure the team follows Agile principles and the Scrum framework
Promote self-organization and cross-functionality within the team
Guide the team in Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum roles and responsibilities
Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment
Track sprint progress and team performance using tools like Jira or Trello
Work with Product Owners to maintain and groom the product backlog
Help the team navigate roadblocks and external dependencies
Facilitate communication between Salesforce developers, admins, business analysts, and external stakeholders
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
Prepare and present sprint metrics and progress reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably with Salesforce teams
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe)
Familiarity with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC) is nice to Have
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
