Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize shop floor work orders to ensure maximum performance

Develop and maintain production planning processes to maximize material usages and finished goods outputs

Conduct daily/ weekly reviews with warehouse, customer service, internal and external manufacturing plants to meet and exceed delivery targets

Closely monitor shop orders to ensure operations finish on time

Communicate daily and weekly to production team leads, supervisors on goals and deliverables. When production issues arise, follow the escalation process to the stakeholders in timely manner

Understand manufacturing workflow for multiple products

Obtain and report production outputs to the management team

Required

3-5 Years of production planning, purchasing, and materials management experience in manufacturing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and organizational skills

Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP, and lean manufacturing processes

Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations-related is required

Proficient in ERP/MRP systems experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred

A bachelor's degree is preferred
