Key Account Manager
Verto People is a global manufacturer of CNC machine tools, and they are seeking a Sales Manager / Key Account Manager. The role involves formulating sales strategies, expanding demand for products, and building relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Formulate and carry out long-term sales strategies that align with organizational objectives
Expand demand for advanced CNC machine tools and integrated automation systems by targeting high-impact customer needs
Build and develop relationships with key accounts to support sustained revenue growth and future project opportunities
Apply knowledge of government acquisition procedures and contract frameworks to strengthen positioning within defense-related channels
Coordinate with distribution partners on shared sales initiatives and routinely evaluate results to refine joint approaches
Qualification
Required
Strong presentation skills
Possess a strong understanding of the procurement process in the defense industry including contracts and compliance requirements
Must reside in the US and travel to meet with key customers when required
Preferred
Prior experience selling CNC machine tools and machining solutions is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is advantageous
