Responsibilities
Owning vendor relationships and acting as the primary point of contact across assigned platforms
Overseeing enterprise applications including NetSuite, ADP, Shopify, Celigo, Zapier, FranConnect, Zendesk, HubSpot, and AI solutions
Leading vendor delivery, escalations, and roadmap alignment to business priorities
Partnering with Technology, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to gather requirements, align timelines, and reduce internal friction
Establishing vendor governance, operating rhythms, intake, prioritization, and status communication
Maintaining clear documentation for vendor ownership, scope, and delivery expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field - or equivalent experience
Proven experience managing technology vendors, agencies, or system integrators
Experience working with enterprise platforms such as HRIS, ERP, eCommerce, CRM, or MarTech systems (e.g. ADP, NetSuite, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into deliverables and solutions
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus but not required
