Contact healthcare providers about new opportunities
Utilize a combination of cold calling, email, texts, and social media to connect with candidates
Write and manage job postings on job boards
Create social media posts to attract candidates
Present weekly KPIs
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in sales, real estate, or any other relationship management type of business is ideal
Must live in Utah
Quiet, distraction free workspace in your home
Proactive communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience in healthcare recruiting
Familiarity with various communication platforms
Driven, motivated mindset and work ethic
