Nicole Fuller Interiors is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury interior design and proven experience in delivering exceptional projects within the private residential, multi-family, and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Nicole, your junior/intermediate designer, vendors, sub-contractors & clients to develop innovative interior design concepts for luxury residential & commercial projects

Contribute to the development of interior design schemes from concept through to completion, ensuring designs are aligned with project goals & client expectations

Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation to communicate design intent and support the construction process

Work on creating budgets and detailed presentations. Source materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet project requirements & budget constraints

Required

A minimum of 5 years of local experience working within the private residential, multi-family and commercial interiors

Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office & Studio Designer

Possessing extensive knowledge of ID principles & practices, including FFE, furniture systems and specifications

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Strong design portfolio showcasing creative thinking, attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

You possess a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture and/or Architecture

Preferred

Hand sketching to illustrate ideas within the studio and with clients is a huge plus
