Responsibilities
Leading the architectural design for Oracle Cloud Order Management and Fulfillment workstreams
Creating comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process maps, and configuration workbooks
Designing complex test scripts and use cases to ensure solution integrity across integrated systems
Collaborating on integrations involving Web Services, FBDI, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
Serving as the primary functional point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and gathering requirements
Qualification
Required
9–12 years of professional experience in Oracle SCM environments
Proven ability to configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules to meet complex business requirements
Ability to see the 'big picture' of how Order Management interacts with Inventory, Finance, and external logistics providers
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business users
A history of working successfully with diverse, global teams and managing customer expectations effectively
