Responsibilities
Lead and support maintenance technicians across all shifts, assigning work based on operational priorities and coaching for performance and skill development
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, including lockout/tagout, while maintaining clean, organized work areas and participating in required training
Perform and oversee equipment repairs, both emergency and scheduled, using strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, troubleshooting, and basic machining skills
Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner/Buyer to identify parts needs, plan work orders, and support continuous improvement across the maintenance team
Monitor performance and support evaluations, taking corrective action when needed and completing additional tasks to meet business demands
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical or maintenance experience, supported by a solid electrical background and relevant training
Proven leadership and coaching ability with strong relationship‑building skills
Skilled in problem‑solving, planning, decision‑making, and multitasking in fast‑paced environments
Preferred
Associate‑level education in engineering or business preferred, with strong technical grounding
