Responsibilities

Act as the product owner for the Bidder team, defining technical and strategic direction as bidding capabilities become more advanced
Lead next-generation bidding initiatives, including incrementality-aware bidding where control groups are intentionally unexposed but recorded for lift analysis
Own bidder-side data ingestion and enrichment, incorporating household graph signals, offline conversion data, and third-party measurement inputs
Drive ad-serving and pacing capabilities to ensure predictable delivery, budget control, and alignment with attribution and incrementality goals
Partner closely with Business Development to scope, productize, and deliver strategic partnerships—serving as the clear product owner from deal signing through customer adoption
Own and evolve JamLoop’s Data Transfer (Custom Export) product, supporting S3, SFTP, Snowflake Shares, signed URLs, and automated delivery
Lead integrations with analytics, commerce, BI, measurement, attribution, and data partners
Ensure every product has a clear launch plan, success metrics, and ongoing iteration until real customer adoption is achieved
Produce clear, high-quality product requirements, technical specs, and documentation

Required

3+ years of Product Management experience in AdTech, ideally across buy-side platforms
Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, bidders, ad servers, ads manager systems, and identity/household graphs
Strong technical fluency in APIs and webhook design
Strong technical fluency in ETL and data pipelines
Strong technical fluency in Cloud data platforms (S3, SFTP, Snowflake)
Strong technical fluency in Authentication models (OAuth, API keys)
Strong technical fluency in Data modeling and schema design
Experience building or managing integrations with analytics, measurement, audience, or e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with performance-oriented buying workflows in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar systems
Ability to write clear technical requirements, architecture-compatible specs, and data documentation
Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams in agile environments
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces with incomplete information
