They are seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional to engage with clients, design sales campaigns, and leverage technology to generate opportunities in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and digital channels
Design and execute outbound sales and lead-generation campaigns
Present and position GCS services, highlighting value, solutions, and differentiation
Prepare quotations and actively follow up to close sales
Qualify leads and help close commercial visits for the field sales team
Sell freight solutions directly from the office (air & ocean)
Use CRM, pricing platforms, and sales intelligence tools to maximize reach and efficiency
Coordinate closely with Pricing, Operations, and overseas offices
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, and sales reporting
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Commercial roles within Freight Forwarding or Logistics
Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented attitude
Solid understanding of international logistics, freight forwarding, and Incoterms
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
Based in Miami or willing to commute daily to Doral
