MARS Solutions Group is partnering with their Fortune 100 Financial Services client to identify an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support Field Learning and Development. This role will focus on the day-to-day administration and optimization of the Docebo LMS, ensuring a smooth, effective learning experience for field learners across the organization.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage LMS content within Docebo to support Field Learning and Development initiatives
Handle learner support including troubleshooting, tickets, emails, and system issues
Build and manage courses, programs, assignments, tracking, and reporting
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
Streamline LMS processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Stay current on Docebo enhancements, releases, and integration opportunities
Develop and deliver LMS training sessions, documentation, and how-to guides
Maintain system documentation and knowledge articles
Support LMS metrics, reporting, and data analysis
Partner with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and digital product partners
Support Workday LMS when content needs to be assigned or reported across systems
Assist with automated learner assignments based on defined rules and criteria

Required

1–3 years of experience supporting or administering an LMS in a corporate training environment
Hands-on experience with Docebo; Workday experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 standards
Familiarity with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Clear, effective communicator with a learner-first mindset
Comfortable collaborating across teams and stakeholders
