Responsibilities

Own Full-Desk Recruiting : Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing

Strategic Talent Partner : Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent strategies, and data-driven recommendations

Deep Sourcing Expertise : Build and maintain strong pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean search, social media, niche platforms, and direct outreach sourcing techniques

Candidate Experience Champion : Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized engagement

Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and talent availability to inform recruiting strategies

Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows and establish scalable best practices that benefit the entire team

Required

7+ years of technical recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruiting for software engineering roles

Proven success in recruiting Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, and other related technical roles

Expertise in advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, etc.)

Experience leveraging AI in your daily work, especially for passive sourcing and delivering insightful screening feedback to your hiring teams

Ability to balance candidate expectations with business needs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to recruit for other technical or non-technical roles as needed

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
