Responsibilities
Manage producer, agency, adjuster, and entity licensing filings across all U.S. states
Ensure compliance with state DOI requirements and NAIC standards
Prepare, review, and submit new licenses, renewals, reinstatements, updates, and surrenders
Serve as the primary client contact and resolve complex licensing issues
Review licensing work for accuracy and contribute to process improvements
Mentor or guide junior specialists (optional for individual contributor level)
Qualification
Required
5+ years insurance licensing and compliance experience (multi-state filings preferred)
Experience in carrier, MGA, agency, brokerage, or insurtech environments
Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance licensing regulations
Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Preferred
Multi-state filings experience
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus but not required
