Enterprise Client Delivery Lead

They are seeking an Enterprise Client Delivery Lead to oversee day-to-day client delivery and coordination across key enterprise relationships, ensuring high-quality service and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day communication and delivery for a small set of key enterprise clients
Run recurring client meetings, set agendas, and manage follow-ups
Translate analytical work into clear, decision-ready narratives for non-technical audiences
Coordinate work across product, analytics, and leadership teams
Track timelines, risks, and dependencies across active client engagements
Decide when and how to escalate issues to founders or product leadership
Improve internal delivery processes, templates, and documentation
Maintain clear internal context on client priorities and status
Step in where delivery clarity or coordination is most needed, while keeping client delivery as the primary focus
Travel occasionally (up to ~10%) for client sessions or team collaboration
Hybrid work is 2-3 days in the office on average
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in client delivery, client success, consulting, or project-based roles
Strong communication skills and comfort leading conversations with mid-to-senior stakeholders
Ability to understand and explain analytical or technical work at a high level
High judgment, organization, and follow-through in ambiguous environments
Comfort operating with delegated authority, exercising judgment, and escalating thoughtfully when needed
