Responsibilities

Full-cycle sales – including but not limited to sourcing leads, performing various types of outreach, and pitching GLG’s business model
Create and manage phone and email campaigns to connect with existing and prospective users
Partnering with senior members of the Service team to develop and deliver nuanced expert solutions for GLG’s law firm and in-house counsel clients
Developing and maintaining knowledge of legal market, as well as the macro business environment, disseminating relevant content to the rest of the team as appropriate
Collaborating with colleagues on and across teams to build and shape the business
Contributing to key strategic initiatives established by GLG leadership

Required

1-3 years of professional experience

Possess a strong desire to work in a team
Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time

Preferred

Bachelors or higher degree (or equivalent work experience)
Superior communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities
Confidence in making outbound cold calls
Receptive to coaching and feedback
Demonstrated commitment, judgment, emotional maturity, and intensity, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
Strong problem-solving skills and hustle attitude
Comfortable using PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
Entrepreneurial zeal and deep desire to build a business
Understanding, awareness and/or interest in the legal industry but not a necessary prerequisite
