Responsibilities

Lead data-driven decision support by performing thorough data analytics, generating forecasts, and delivering key insights to improve the service line's performance

Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement strategies that contribute to the business segment's growth and overall profitability

Prepare and present ad hoc financial and operational analyses for executive leaders, including the CFO and other members of the executive team, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights

Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency within the service line

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leading key initiatives and driving strategic execution across departments to meet business objectives

Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across corporate functions and service lines to ensure cohesive strategies and transparent communication

Leverage advanced Excel skills and tools like Tableau and NetSuite to streamline processes and optimize financial workflows, enhancing bottom-line results

Contribute to additional projects and tasks as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in supporting broader organizational goals
