Responsibilities
Analyze call center data, including call recordings, transcripts, interaction logs, and CRM data, to identify drivers of repeat contacts
Translate business questions into structured data problems and analytical approaches
Perform data exploration, profiling, validation, and quality checks on large and complex datasets
Define KPIs and metrics to measure contact drivers, customer effort, and resolution effectiveness
Conduct root cause analysis and trend identification to uncover systemic issues impacting customer experience
Design and automate analysis workflows to ensure repeatable and scalable insights
Partner with business and product teams to translate insights into process improvements and chatbot logic
Support embedding analytical findings into AI/chatbot decision trees and self-service experiences
Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Advanced Python skills, including: pandas, numpy, scipy
Advanced SQL expertise, including: Complex joins, CTEs, Window functions
Strong experience in: Data manipulation and transformation, Automation of analytical workflows, Working with large, messy, real-world datasets
Proven ability to define meaningful business metrics and KPIs
Experience translating analytical insights into actionable business recommendations
Preferred
Experience analyzing call center, contact center, or customer support data
Familiarity with speech analytics, text analytics, or NLP on call transcripts
Experience supporting or designing chatbots, IVR systems, or self-service platforms
Exposure to data engineering concepts and pipelines
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
