Assisting with unit project improvement initiatives

Attending 75% of unit staff meetings

Qualification

Basic Life Support certificationBehavioral health experienceDe-escalation trainingPatient careDocumentation skills

Required

High School Graduate or equivalent required

Certification in Basic Life Support required within 2 weeks of hire

Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required

Certification in de-escalation training within the orientation period for employment

Preferred

Behavioral health or a related healthcare experience preferred
