Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP QA activities across FS-CD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FI-GL modules
Define and execute risk-based QA strategies aligned with business and technical requirements
Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
Drive test automation initiatives using SAP TOSCA to improve test coverage, speed, and reliability
Analyze test failures, debug issues, and independently maintain and fix automation scripts
Coordinate testing activities across onshore and offshore teams
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, SAP BASIS, and Release Management teams
Support application maintenance, enhancements, and production support activities
Ensure quality across integrations using SAP BAPI/RFC, including upstream systems such as Guidewire or similar Policy/Claims platforms
Utilize SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP ChaRM for test and release coordination
Provide clear status reporting, defect analysis, and quality metrics to stakeholders

Required

10+ years of experience as an SAP QA Manager or Test Lead
Strong hands-on experience in: SAP FS-CD, SAP FS-RI, SAP Business Partner (BP), Workflow, FI-GL
Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool
Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP ChaRM
Minimum 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA) and/or QA experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
Strong understanding of software testing life cycles (STLC)
Experience with SAP integrations using BAPI/RFC
Exposure to Guidewire or similar insurance policy/claims administration systems
Proven ability to work independently in a hands-on lead role

Preferred

Experience leading QA teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Insurance or reinsurance domain knowledge
