Responsibilities
Support the team in delivering experiential sales & marketing campaigns and live events for Ultima clients
Represent client brands at events, pop-up stands, trade shows, or promotional activations, engaging directly with customers
Gain and maintain detailed product knowledge to inform and educate customers
Facilitate in-person customer sign-ups, purchases, or contract commitments at events
Maintain and manage inventory of promotional materials and displays
Build genuine rapport with customers, understand their needs, and answer any questions confidently and professionally
Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions and campaign performance
Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and customer-service skills in every interaction
Qualification
Required

Close attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Comfort working in a face-to-face, on-site, event-driven environment
