Responsibilities
Custom Development: Design and develop high-quality, reusable code using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Cloud Specialization: Configure and customize Sales Cloud (Lead/Opportunity management) and Service Cloud (Case management, Omni-channel, Knowledge)
Declarative Automation: Utilize Flow Builder to create complex, automated workflows that reduce manual overhead
Integrations: Build and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce and third-party internal/external systems
Technical Support: Perform bug fixes, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct unit testing to ensure 100% code coverage
Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Development
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL
Proven experience implementing features in both Sales and Service Clouds
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git-based version control (e.g., GitHub, GitLab)
Must be available to work standard business hours in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
Preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) is highly preferred
