Responsibilities
Manage the Automated Access Request Form (AARF) system, including system entry, collaboration on access items, data quality assurance, and AD group creation/provisioning
Monitor service desk queues, resolve assigned support tickets, and analyze security access records for compliance with established security practices, policies, and procedures
Maintain security-related documentation, such as access records, agreements, and contracts, following standard processes
Assist with IT inventory tracking, participate in team projects, attend staff and operations meetings, and perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 4 years of IT experience in systems analysis, applications development, database design/administration; 1-2 years in information security with knowledge across computer platforms
Strong verbal and written communication
Problem-solving, customer-centric approach, and ability to work under pressure
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated team player with excellent time management
Preferred
Previous experience with AARF preferred
AARF or similar access management tools highly desirable
