Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end email development process, including HTML coding, audience creation, quality assurance (QA), and deployment

Develop responsive, accessible, and optimized email templates, ensuring best practices for mobile responsiveness, dark/light mode, deliverability, and inbox placement

Conduct thorough pre-launch QA testing, including cross-browser and cross-device validation using tools like Litmus (or similar)

Manage audience segmentation, list loads, dynamic segment creation, and audience validation for precise targeting and exclusions

Execute bulk email sends, automated trigger-based campaigns, and complex customer journeys within the CRM system

Monitor live campaigns post-launch to validate functionality and expected performance

Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times

Leverage behavioral, transactional, and loyalty data to personalize emails and improve engagement and conversion rates

Maintain email list hygiene, managing suppression lists, automation validation, and tracking list growth/unsubscribes to optimize deliverability and engagement

Set up and deploy SMS and push notifications, both as ad hoc bulk sends and automated trigger-based communications

Ensure email, SMS, and push messaging are integrated into a cohesive, omnichannel customer experience

Partner with the Marketing Analyst to track and analyze campaign performance, focusing on deliverability, engagement, and revenue impact
