Responsibilities

Preparation of submittal packages to the owner/designer, and/or follow-up with subcontractors/vendors as appropriate

Development of work plans for specific operations

Monitor construction progress in terms of quantities of work performed, performance vs schedule, quality, etc

Assist in the procurement of materials or equipment required for the work

Perform any other duties as assigned

Management of subcontractors, including schedule, quality, change orders and scheduling of work

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Working knowledge of Auto Cad or drafting software

Excellent interpersonal, writing, and computer skills
