Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
Prep product to quality-control standards (handmade goods)
Create shipments and arrange outgoing logistics via FedEx and other carriers
Maintain accurate inventory counts and product organization
Receive, count, scan, and put away inventory from incoming shipments/containers
Move/handle inventory using pallet jack, dolly, etc
Keep warehouse clean, safe, and orderly
Support volunteer teams during warehouse operations as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail (required)
Comfortable using Windows-based computers
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Hand dexterity for tagging/tying
Able to stand, bend, and stoop for 6–8 hours/day
Able to lift/handle up to 45 lbs
Preferred
Warehouse/fulfillment/shipping experience a plus (training provided)
