Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers
Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and drive accountability for results, timelines, and deliverables
Foster collaboration across sites and functions to enable effective execution of complex initiatives
Own programmatic savings execution across multiple sites, ensuring alignment to organizational targets
Lead project identification, intake, and prioritization activities to ensure focus on highest-value initiatives
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverable expectations for project teams
Drive consistent project execution through standard tools, processes, and governance
Lead 10Q and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning activities, including: Programmatic savings targets, Resource planning, Capital expense forecasting
Partner with Finance and site leadership to track performance against commitments and adjust plans as needed
Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and communication of program status and financial impact
Establish best practices for project execution, governance, and performance tracking
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, prioritization, and cross-site coordination
Deliver programmatic savings targets, meeting or exceeding KPI commitments
Translate strategy into executable project portfolios that produce measurable financial and operational outcomes
Enable consistent, scalable project execution across the campus

Required

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
An advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

Preferred

Demonstrated success translating enterprise strategy into executable project portfolios
Prior ownership of campus-wide or enterprise PMO standards, playbooks, or governance models
Strong partnership experience with Finance on AOP, forecasting, and capital planning
Exposure to Sr-level reporting, including KPI dashboards and business reviews
Experience influencing without authority across matrixed organizations
Background in operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement environments
Comfort driving change management in established organizations
Ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term capability building
Familiarity with regulated environments (FDA, ISO, GMP) and design controls
Track record of improving project intake, prioritization, and governance discipline
Experience launching new technologies or Next generation products
Experience mentoring managers or acting as a talent multiplier beyond direct reports
