Responsibilities

Oversee daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, and cash flow operations to meet operational needs and obligations

Develop and implement strategies for short-term investments and capital needs

Manage financial risks

Maintain and cultivate relationships with banks and financial institutions

Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Monitor and manage short-term investments, evaluating opportunities to maximize returns while preserving capital

Prepare and present treasury reports, forecasts, and analyses to executive leadership

Implement treasury management systems, banking technologies, and process improvements for efficiency

Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other departments on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
