Responsibilities

Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of technology solutions that support operational workflows

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation or system enhancements

Support data integration efforts between platforms (e.g., claims systems, CRM, ERP)

Collaborate with IT, operations, and business analysts to gather requirements and document technical specifications

Participate in system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting

Develop dashboards or reporting tools to improve visibility into operational metrics

Contribute to process improvement initiatives using tools like Power Automate, ServiceNow, or RPA platforms

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent documentation skills and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SAS, SQL)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Interest in healthcare systems, operations, and digital transformation

Understanding healthcare standards and regulations, exposure to tech platforms – Salesforce, Workday, Epic, Facets, etc

Experience with Automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period
