Responsibilities

Research, interpret, and analyze complex legal, regulatory, and market developments impacting corporate finance and transactions

Monitor cases, legislation, regulations, and industry trends to create, edit, and update analytical content

Develop practical resources such as checklists, toolkits, model documents, and timely updates

Apply subject-matter expertise to identify priorities, contextualize developments, and guide content strategy

Mentor and support junior team members by providing substantive feedback and knowledge sharing

Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables while tracking measures of success

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technology-enabled content, tools, and workflows

Participate in thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, industry events, customer discussions, and social media

Stay current on emerging issues, technologies, and trends relevant to corporate finance and transactional work

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field required

5–7 years of professional experience as an attorney, accountant, tax professional, analyst, editor, reporter, or consultant

Experience analyzing and writing about legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting developments

Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and practical written content

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred

Advanced or specialized education (J.D. or graduate degree) strongly preferred

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: Banking and syndicated lending, Private credit and direct lending, Private equity finance, Fund finance, Acquisition and leveraged finance

Additional experience in capital markets or restructuring finance is a plus
