Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and related frameworks
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Collaborate with front-end developers and architects to integrate backend services
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and data access layers
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
Support deployment, monitoring, and production support activities

Required

5+ years of professional experience as a Java Back-End Developer
Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+)
Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA
Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Solid understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
