Responsibilities

Provide technical, commercial, and product support to HVAC field sales personnel and customers
Support Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and indirect distributor accounts with product training, product selection, pricing, purchase orders, etc
Provide lead management assistance from website inquiries, webinar attendees, roadshows, etc. to generate new business opportunities and promote new product introductions
Enable cross-collaboration between customer accounts and warranty, tech support or financing specialists as needed
Attend account planning cadences and contribute to team goal attainment with RSMs
Assist RSMs with opportunity pipeline management and account information updates in CRM tool
Promote customer usage for our online ordering tool (Solution Navigator) and guide customers through the platform and product portfolio
Prepare and lead internal product presentations (SME) to develop presentation and general soft skills and prepare for customer-facing situations
Attend frequent training sessions to develop HVAC product knowledge (Chillers, AHUs, Industrial Refrigeration), sales tactics and fundamentals and build confidence
Travel to customer locations and visit key contacts for sales support and shadowing (approximately once or twice per quarter)

Required

Bachelor's degree minimum (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering Degree highly preferred)
Recent graduate or undergraduate senior expecting to graduate between Apr 2026 – Jun 2026. Program starts in Jun 2026
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Must have the ability to be in Milwaukee, WI (Glendale WI) for the first six months of the program, then relocate to either York PA or Waynesboro PA areas (near our specific HVAC manufacturing and corporate locations) to transition to an established base
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S

Preferred

Technical internship experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Available to travel up to 20% – dependent upon your assignments
