Responsibilities
Manage and maintain SAP infrastructure including servers, operating systems, databases, and cloud/on-prem environments
Monitor SAP systems to ensure high availability, performance, and capacity planning
Perform system installations, upgrades, patches, and kernel updates
Ensure infrastructure security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance
Troubleshoot infrastructure-related SAP BASIS issues and coordinate with IT teams
Qualification
Required
Senior level technical expertise
Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on SAP/SAPS4 technologies
Manage and maintain SAP infrastructure including servers, operating systems, databases, and cloud/on-prem environments
Monitor SAP systems to ensure high availability, performance, and capacity planning
Perform system installations, upgrades, patches, and kernel updates
Ensure infrastructure security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance
Troubleshoot infrastructure-related SAP BASIS issues and coordinate with IT teams
Manage and work to design the complex SAP solutions and support SAP cloud infrastructure projects
Deep understanding and experience in SAP S4, ECC, SAP CRM, and SAP BW functionality in Telecom domain
Experienced in SAP Security Management concepts
Design, Develop, Review and Approve overall SAP Application Architecture designs
Experienced in Infrastructure Capacity Planning including Storage, Memory and CPU requirements
Prior SAP S4 BASIS administration experience
