They are seeking a Software Learning & Development Intern to support instructors during CAD software customer training sessions, ensuring smooth class flow and enhancing the learning experience for participants.

Responsibilities

Assist instructors during in-person and virtual CAD training sessions

Prepare training materials prior to class events, including workstation setup, sample files, tutorials, and handouts

Monitor participant progress during sessions and provide feedback to instructors to enhance the learning experience

Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine training content to ensure alignment with course objectives

Create, record, audit, and monitor customer-facing Online Academy platforms to support customer satisfaction and retention

Partner with the Onboarding Specialist to support administrative tasks such as scheduling and post-session evaluations

Support LMS platform modernization initiatives

Conduct GV Manual Certification audits

Required

Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar) with hands-on experience in design or drafting workflows

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues efficiently

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

Familiarity with virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams

This role requires candidates to have work authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future
