Responsibilities
In support of fulfilling IT Hardware and Software requests for Refreshing computers
We are responsible for ensuring the colleagues computer is converted to the new machine and ensuring their software is installed / data was transferred successfully within a satisfactory SLA time
We are also responsible for working with our colleagues during the warrantee period to help with any issues the colleague may have
Qualification
Required
Must be self-directed with excellent follow up and organizational skills
Regular and reliable attendance
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Excellent customer support skills – must be able to explain technical ideas to a non-technical audience
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and be detail oriented
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. as certain equipment and accessories require lifting and moving
A+ Certification
Preferred
Basic Windows and Mac troubleshooting are a plus
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Quickbase are a plus
