The intern will actively participate in daily meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness and client relations within the guidelines of brand standards.

Develop creative solutions to increase brand awareness and client relations
Assist with property marketing materials
Assist with brand marketing materials
Manage both broker and brand social media
Provide additional office support related tasks
Qualification
Required
Self-driven and eager to learn more about marketing, graphic design, social media, and Commercial Real Estate
Actively participate in daily meetings
Work on time-sensitive projects
Contribute innovative ideas to keep the team ahead of marketing trends
Develop creative solutions to increase brand awareness and client relations within brand standards
Use Adobe InDesign
Use Adobe Photoshop
Assist with general and specific administrative office tasks
Create property marketing materials
Create brand marketing materials
Manage both broker and brand social media
Provide additional office support related tasks
Actively enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited University or Community College
